form submission tips...

hey guys, running ads for a few guys and my forms aren't getting nearly as many conversions as i'd like - i follow the same principles as promising what the ad says into the form e.g. freebies, etc.

would the issue be behind my photo that i use potentially? if it's a roof cleaner, i have it as a roof + social proof - should i maybe include the owner or something? see below an example lol
