Struggling with clinic ads...
We recently (1-2 months ago) moved to clinics as our niche (having construction before but they could not close deals on the appointments and had to much chourn on them). I thought it would be a good niche as each appointment usually means money and if it does not then we can control the variables to make sure it is. We are starting with a perfomance based model with them (12-15% on all treatments that come from us) we thaught ok if we make them 10k then that's 1.5k for us. Right now the only thing holding us back is getting them that 10k, we are closing these clinics like it's nothing 5-10 closed deals each month and honestly im afraid from bringing in more of them as we are not getting them results. Can someone that has proven results in the beauty clinic niche maybe give us some tips. It's literally the only thing holding us back rn.

Ads for cleaning companies?
Hey team, do we have anyone here who’s skilled at running Meta ads for cleaning companies? Or if there’s something more effective? We primarily work with construction/renovation companies but are now getting cleaning companies that want to collaborate. We’d really like someone who already has proven results in the industry and would be willing to show us how it’s done
Clients not closing appointments
Hey everyone! My name is Julius, and I run a marketing agency with my cousin. We book home visits/appointments for renovation companies in Sweden through Meta ads. We've now reached a point where we're generating a lot of appointments for our clients, and the ads are performing very well. Which they tell us and are happy with. However, we have a major problem that is preventing us from growing and maintaining stable cash flow: our clients are not closing deals. They go out to the home visits we arrange, but they fail to sell their services. This leads to dissatisfaction among our clients, and eventually, they end the collaboration because they are not making money through us. Is there anyone here who has a marketing agency for remodelers/ renovation companies and has had this problem and solved it? Any tips and solutions are appreciated!

What kind of questions should we ask the clients?

Hey @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell thank you so much for the video. We have created a sales tips video where we go through how they should conduct their sales process. In in your video you mentioned that we should follow them to appointments and try to close their clients. Im not really sure if we have the knowledge or the skills to close home improvement clients. Do you think we should do that anyway? Again appreciate your response so much and thanks in advance!😊 Best regards Julius
Got clients, No service delivery
Hey guys, I started my smma 2 months ago and have two clients on a pay on results basis. They are in the renovation niche and each job is high ticket (7-30k) and my agency takes 8% of that each job we get them. The problem is that we have hired two media buyers from upwork now and both have not been able to get leads for our customers. We pay the ads as we are new and don’t want to waste people’s money. So far we have got them almost no leads. I need help with the service delivery. Right now we had a google expert from google set up a search campaign running on 15 bucks a day and still no results after a week. What should I do?

What image do you think im giving when he pays me and gets zero results. If I’m not sure on service delivery I won’t be taking companies money and gambling with it. Rather do it with my own money so I don’t fuck up my reputation from the jump
