Clients always ask for pausing the campaign
Hey everyone! We’re noticing a big challenge: clients frequently pause their ad campaigns. This means that while we might have 3 clients on paper, the actual active average is closer to 1.96 clients/month due to pauses.
This creates unpredictability in revenue and makes it harder to scale. Ethically, we don’t want to charge full retainers during pauses
One idea we’ve considered is charging a small fee for each day the ads are paused (e.g., $15/day) to account for maintenance, ad optimization, or readiness for relaunch.
