Staffing Question!
Hey everyone!
If you have multiple staff members on your Kids or Family Ministry team, I'd love to hear how your roles are structured. Right now, our team is organized by ministry area (PreK, Elementary, and Family Experience), but I'm exploring whether that's the most effective setup.
How is your team divided up? Do staff members oversee specific age groups, focus areas, or responsibilities? I'd love to hear what has worked well for your church and any insights you've gained along the way. 😊
