Kids Ministry Jobs
Hi Everyone,
Sorry for all the questions I am pretty new and still trying to figure it all out. Iam also currently doing everything myself. I do have a part time staff person who only does the schedule and a few odds and ends and helps me with events and it is becoming to much for me. You all talk about different job titles within Kids Ministry for voluteers. I hear Check-In, leads, coaches, what other positions are there? Where can I find information on each of their purposes so that I can make our own Job Descriptions for the positions we might need for our ministry and see what fits our needs in kids ministry. I have googled a few but there are so many, I just was curiouse what you all use when you are a small church and their purpose.
