Today's workout was the Codi Special.
20 kg bell
One round = 5 rows + 4 swings + 3 snatches. R then L.
I completed 8 rounds with minimal rest between (< 30 seconds).
Finisher was 50 foot carries:
1) Overhead R
2) Overhead L
3) Racked R
4) Racked L
5) Farmer's R
6) Farmer's L
Then two sets of 25 crunches on the exercise ball. Time for a much needed two days off.
