Today's Complex: GIMLI
Today's workout was the Gimli Complex.
24 kg bell - two hands on the bell
One round = 5 swings + 4 deadlift high pulls + 3 goblet squats.
I completed 10 rounds with minimal rest between (< 30 seconds). Finisher was a series of 50 foot carries:
1) Farmer's carry R
2) Farmer's carry L
3) Rack carry R
4) Rack carry L
5) Goblet carry
And to top it off I did 50 crunches on the exercise ball.
