Good morning from Indianapolis. I started MetCon 6, pandemic era. Lost the weight, felt good, stopped - I’ve done this about 3 times. Just turned 57. Started again last June, and got serious with the Kettlebells about 3 months ago. Down 24 lbs since June - I changed my goal to get in better shape and to stay there. Mindset shift with eating better and a good routine. Thanks for the info and the motivation. Onward and Upward!
