How I Get Through Tough Workouts…
When in the midst of doing hard things that are flat out NOT fun to do, I constantly repeat this mantra either out load or in my head….
Hard Now…Easy later!!!
For me personally it means the harder I work on my strength and conditioning, the easier it will be when I’m chasing elk in the mountains.
I’d strongly urge you (if you don’t have one already) to develop some type of mantra like this. Trust me, the verbal/mental self talk has a way of helping push you harder than what you typically would push yourself in the absence of one. BONUS if you attach your WHY to this mantra…
