It's been awhile since I have posted in this forum. Rest assured I am still hard at work. Yesterday I tried one of Coach's latest called the Beast. And ooooh boy was it a BEAST. I used double 16 kg bells and I was not able to complete an entire set without putting the bells down. At most I was able to do 3 of the movements before putting the bells down and taking a quick breather. But that is ok, this is a super hard workout, and it gives me something to strive for. This will be in regular rotation now.
~THE WORKOUT~
(a) Double Kettlebell Clean & Thruster to Swing (5 reps)
(b) Double Kettlebell Clean (5 reps)
(c) Front Squat (5 reps)
(d) Alternating Push Press (5 reps/side)
(e) Double Kettlebell Swing (5 reps)
(f) Deadlift (5 reps)
(g) Farmers Walk (50 ft.)
