8/16 and 8/17/25 Workouts
8/16 - Rowing machine - 45 minutes - 7 miles. Assault bike - 50 minutes - 12 miles - 722 calories Outdoor walk - 2.5 miles in 22 minutes. 8/17 - Ocean swim - half mile 17 minutes in choppy surf. Assault - 70 minutes - hr at 95 to 110.
