Single KB Leg Routine
Yesterday I did another Marchman leg workout. This was a short one, but a good one. I really like the step ups on the bench. The transverse thrusters or whatever they were called were very difficult. I used a 16 kg bell for those and my surgically repaired left arm didn't want to cooperate a few times. I used a 24 kg bell for everything else.
