Suitcase Deadlift to Row (Double KBs; 5 reps)
Deadlift (Double KBs; 5 reps)
Row (Double KBs; 5 reps)
Double Hand Swing (Single KB; 5 reps)
Deadlift (Single KB; 5 reps)
I did 3 rounds using 20 kg bells. Not bad when I didn't plan on working out today. 💪
