I used 16 kg bells for the bench press movements and 20 kg bells for the rows and deadlifts. Another tough one. The man has a way of making a short, seemingly easy workout kick your ass.

- Kettlebell Incline "Segment" Press (5 reps)
- Alternating From Bottom Incline Bench Press (5 reps/arm)
- Incline Bench Press (5 reps)
- Row to Alternating Iso-Row to Deadlift (5 reps)
- Rows (5 reps)
- Deadlift (5 reps)
