Mandler Chest and Back

I used 16 kg bells for the bench press movements and 20 kg bells for the rows and deadlifts. Another tough one. The man has a way of making a short, seemingly easy workout kick your ass.
~The Workout~
  1. Kettlebell Incline "Segment" Press (5 reps) 
  2. Alternating From Bottom Incline Bench Press (5 reps/arm) 
  3. Incline Bench Press (5 reps) 
  4. Row to Alternating Iso-Row to Deadlift (5 reps)
  5. Rows (5 reps) 
  6. Deadlift (5 reps) 
[Rest No More Than 3 Minutes Between Rounds - Do 3 Rounds Total]
