I tried this one out on Wednesday.
5 thrusters R and 5 burpees
5 thrusters L and 5 burpees
5 clean and press R and 5 burpees
5 clean and press L and 5 burpees
5 snatch R and 5 burpees
5 snatch L and 5 burpees
5 clean and squat R and 5 burpees
5 clean and squat L and 5 burpees
I used a 16 kg kettlebell. You are supposed to do each set 5 times. I did each set twice because I was feeling pretty fatigued that day. It was rough. Next time I will shoot for three times.
