Did the Armor Building Complex today with double 16 kg bells.
EMOM: 2 swings, 1 press, 3 squats.
I made it through 16 rounds.

1 minute racked hold
1 minute overhead hold
1 minute squat hold (1 bell)
2 minute farmer's walk (2 20 kg bells)
Great stuff. I believe the idea in ABC is to get to 30 minutes. That is a lot harder then I thought it would be, but something to shoot for.
