5 lbs of Gains
So I had to hit my annual wellness exam for work. It involves a cardiac stress test (treadmill of death) amongst other things. Part of it is also checking body composition on an InBody machine. My results came out that I weigh 5 lbs more than the last time. The printout shows it’s all skeletal muscle mass and my body fat percentage is down 2%. The Dr. asked me what I had been doing differently. The answer is Kettlebell workouts; the 30 day challenge program, and others. Less time than I used to spend working out, but clearly more gains. The treadmill was way easier too.
