5 lbs of Gains
So I had to hit my annual wellness exam for work. It involves a cardiac stress test (treadmill of death) amongst other things. Part of it is also checking body composition on an InBody machine. My results came out that I weigh 5 lbs more than the last time. The printout shows it’s all skeletal muscle mass and my body fat percentage is down 2%. The Dr. asked me what I had been doing differently. The answer is Kettlebell workouts; the 30 day challenge program, and others. Less time than I used to spend working out, but clearly more gains. The treadmill was way easier too.

Sandbags

Big Things Coming!!!
I know I’ve been silent in here lately, but I don’t want you to confuse my silence for inactivity. The truth is, on top of handling some family matters, I’ve also been busting my ass on a new “Kettlebell Man Makers” program that after running a poll a few months back, you suggested to me you wanted. More on that tomorrow, though… During the time that I was gone, I see that the community has grown to over 1,000 members. As awesome as that is though, I truly believe it’s just the tip of the iceberg for the growth that we’re all experiencing. As satisfying as this milestone is though, I’m hungry for more! And because I know you’re hungry for more as well, I’m gonna make sure I bring it on not just this upcoming program, but every one after that as well! Helping to inspire the action required to reveal the greatness you have within you is my mission. So let’s keep the boat rowing in the same direction and do big things together!!!
