Squat & Thruster Sequential
Among other things...I lined up 4 KBs - 25, 30, 35 and 40 lbs (heaviest I have now). Started with 40. Clean into standing in goblet position. Goblet squat, stand, thrust KB overhead x 6; repeat w 35 lbs x 7; repeat w 30 lbs x 10; repeat with 25 lbs x 12. Whew!
