Need to get back to my gratitude mindset!
Gratitude
Grief reminders
I got a piece of mail today that was addressed to my son who passed away in 2022. It’s not as painful as it was getting his mail in 2022, 2023, etc. it doesn’t make me cry anymore.
TO DON'T LIST
One of the best ideas I picked up from Daniel Pink's 2026 video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q10H5RA3eCA, was to create a list of behaviors that no longer serve you. These are time and energy wasters and keep from from being your best self. This year, start with about 3 items....these are you "To Don't" list. Ask yourself if you stopped doing these things for 90 days, how better would your life be?
A Saturday Hello
Peaceful Saturday to you all. I wanted to tell you how much I am looking forward to tomorrow night and the coming year, together, as we discover and share some pretty " big deal" stuff. In reviewing my course work from January 2025 I find that I am more committed to making the time for the class work this time around. It is of course, the more you put into something, the more you get back from it. Knowing what I did do in 2025, a fair amount but not nearly enough, compared to my intentions for 2026, I am amazed to reflect on just how much I did grow over the last year, how although more fearful of death in some respects, I am more prepared to embrace that day when it arrives. I am committing to Pam, to you all (it will keep me accountable) and myself, to keep a gratitude journal this time, I managed to side step that for the last 365 days. It is an honor to be at the table with each of you, here we go....pass the potatoes.
Out with the old & In with the NEW
As we close out this year, I want to thank every one of you for being part of my journey throughout 2025. It was a time of great introspection and growth! I’m very happy that I got to share it with you. I look forward to 2026 and the journey we will continue on together. Wishing you all a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year!!
