What a day!!
I have a lot of trouble not being fully aware of a situation and where work is concerned I am really struggling not knowing everything that is going on. How do you all just “let things go?” My anxiety is triggered bc this need to know goes back to my very, very early childhood.

As I get older I realize that there is so much I do not know or can figure out. I really like being in control so the word that comes to mind is surrender. And the two affirmations I use most are " I am willing to be surprised ', and if I "miss a turn, you can always go around the block, Sage, no harm no foul!"
Excited and Nervous
I’m starting chemotherapy today for leukemia/blood cancer. I was diagnosed in 2022. Four years without needing treatment was great, but things progressed over the past year and it’s time. You all have helped me become more authentic with my life and I appreciate you!!

Motivation can come from two very different places 👀 ✨ Extrinsic motivation says: “What do I get if I do this?” 🌱 Intrinsic motivation asks: “Why does this matter to me?” One chases rewards and approval. The other follows curiosity, values, and growth. Both show up in our lives — but long-term energy, resilience, and wellbeing tend to grow when we shift from external pressure to internal purpose. 💭 Reflection: What’s motivating you right now — and what might change if you leaned a little more into what matters to you? #EmotionalIntelligence #IntrinsicMotivation #ExtrinsicMotivation #PurposeDriven #GrowthMindset

Yes! Missed you yesterday!
Grief reminders
I got a piece of mail today that was addressed to my son who passed away in 2022. It’s not as painful as it was getting his mail in 2022, 2023, etc. it doesn’t make me cry anymore.
