I used to eat chips and candy — not because I was hungry, but because I was bored.
For many of us, boredom eating isn’t about food.
It’s about stimulation, comfort, and habit.
When carbs and sugar are removed, boredom can feel louder at first. But that’s also where keto teaches something important:
👉 the urge to eat doesn’t always mean the body needs fuel.
Here’s what actually helps when boredom hits on keto:
• Warm drinks (tea, coffee, bone broth)
• Salt + water
• A small keto snack if needed (fat-forward, not sweet)
• Light movement or a short walk
• A simple ritual to replace snacking
Food can still be used — but intentionally, not automatically.
Now I’m curious 👇
What do YOU eat (or do) when boredom hits and you want to snack?
Food, drinks, routines, distractions — share what works for you.
