Happy Sunday, friends!
How has your holiday weekend been going? As I write this post, it is still Sunday morning, I made the kids some oatmeal, and I'm trying to finish up some Christmas shopping (because it's about to be December 1st tomorrow 😳)
I think Sundays are a great day to practice some self-care. Whether that is some sort of personal wellness routine you have, or getting organized and prepared for your week, or maybe you're a meal-prepper and Sundays are your prep day.
