my Panera recently got a new manager and the place is changing for the better. I talked to him and then put in my application to working the dining room for lunch hours. He asked me what I wanted to get paid and he said no, I'm going to pay you more. I'm getting paid extra for my experience and this position often gets a decent amount of cash tips. Everyone that works here is so excited to work with me.
The reason I started cleaning in the first place is because I had a hard time being in a busy location with lots of people around. However, things have changed and I do very well with the shorter interactions and with being my helpful self. Instead of draining me, it now gives me energy.
I can see this building my confidence even more which will be of a great benefit for my business.
