Automation Questions

I would like to build a friend matchmaker service.

The workflow I am trying to automate is show below, and I'm trying to get an idea how much it would cost to build something like this. Does anyone know someone who would do this kind of automation or how much it might cost?

- Customer choose a match package

- Simple AI match

- Detailed AI match

- Premium match maker interview with custom match (still uses detailed match form)

- Customer fills out online application

- They are matched based on question answers and are set-up to anonymously "talk" to their match through (email text or??? It needs to be easy to automate).

- After "x" time, the place they are talking disappears and each party chooses whether they want to stay in contact.

- if both parties do not say "yes" no contact information is exchanged

- if both parties do want to stay in contact - approved contact information is exchanged.

This is for online friend matchmaking only. No in person meetings and only for friends strictly platonic.
