Wow. I am sitting here in absolute awe of the incredible, palpable resonance we generated in our Power of Eight circle this morning. If you ever needed proof that collective intention alters reality, this morning was it. We have literally seen full holistic healing occur before our very eyes! From deep health transformations and old inflammation leaving bodies, to beautiful new relationships blossoming, and people experiencing profound, crystal-clear vision to make major life-shifting decisions the magic is undeniably active in our tribe. 🔮 What We Manifested Today: Our "What's Next" Blueprints This morning, we anchored some of the most beautiful, specific, and bold visions yet for our members: - A New Era of Conscious Leadership: We held the space for a massive business uplevel, specifically for serving mothers and leaders to help them find their true, authentic voice, allowing abundance to easily flow. - Flawless Medical Success & Ease: We visualised complete physical stamina for home preparations, leading into a smooth, beautifully successful eye surgery followed by deep, achievable rest. - Heart-Centered Sacred Work: We anchored the path for masterful, heart-centered therapy where healing work is experienced as pure self-love, backed by the total clearance of debt so abundance can flow freely. - Sanctuary & Perfect Placement: We called in absolute certainty and clarity for the perfect home location, guiding our members effortlessly to their true soul sanctuaries. - Expanding Love & Aligned Careers: We intended for already-manifested love to grow and deepen daily, while effortlessly pulling in the perfect, joyful employment doing what we love. 🕊️ The Field is Wide Open, And You Are Invited! This is such a profoundly powerful group, and the field we are building together grows stronger with every single breath. Type 2 Diabetes

In fact, she co-authored a book specifically on it called Prevent and Cure Diabetes.  Her main ideas about diabetes In her writing and talks, she generally argues that diabetes—especially type 2—is mainly driven by modern diet and lifestyle. Key points she often makes include: 1. Diet is the main cause and treatment She believes modern Western diets (high sugar, refined carbs, processed foods) drive metabolic syndrome, which leads to insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.  2. Type 2 diabetes can often be reversed Her approach focuses on: • Reducing carbohydrates and sugar • Eating whole foods • Increasing healthy fats and fibre • Stabilising blood sugar with diet and lifestyle She argues that addressing the root causes can sometimes prevent or reverse type 2 diabetes rather than relying mainly on medication.  3. Metabolic flexibility (burning fat rather than carbs) She suggests the body should be able to burn fat efficiently for energy, which she thinks helps regulate blood sugar and insulin levels.  4. Other factors she discusses Her work also mentions possible contributors such as: • Environmental toxins • Nutrient deficiencies • Poor lifestyle habits • Certain medications or health conditions.  Important to know Some of her views are controversial and not universally accepted in mainstream medicine. NHS guidance usually emphasises: • balanced diet • weight management • physical activity • medication when needed.

The Wow of manifesting!
I am still feeling the incredible resonance from our circle this morning. To be honest, I am just so wowed by the experience and the palpable energy we created together. What was most moving today was hearing the updates from our previous sessions. Seeing the "magic" in motion, the real, tangible progress occurring in everyone’s lives as a result of our collective intention, is such a powerful reminder of what is possible when we stand together in faith. We held space today for: - Deep physical healing and relief for those in the fire of health challenges. - Clarity of vision (both physical and spiritual). - Bold new business shifts and the courage to find our true voices. - Financial abundance and the completion of long-held projects. - Self-leadership and the move from neglect to vibrant self-care. Whether you are a regular member or a new face, the field we are building is getting stronger every week.
