This meditation is inspired by the wisdom of the Heart Chakra, also known as the Anāhata Chakra, often described as the energetic centre of love, connection, compassion, and emotional healing. Why the Heart Chakra Matters The heart chakra is more than a symbol of love — it is believed to be the bridge between the lower, physical centres of the body and the higher, spiritual centres of intuition and awareness. When the heart chakra feels balanced, we can experience emotions such as joy, sadness, fear, or anger without being consumed by them.
