This month’s theme is Opening the Heart and positive emotions and in this week’s session, we’ll be exploring how shifting into a more positive emotional state can change how we feel, think, and even carry ourselves.
✨ This week’s guided practice includes a Gratitude Meditation designed to help you get used to sitting in a genuine state of gratitude. When we practise noticing what’s already good in our lives, rather than focusing on what’s missing, it can create powerful shifts in mood, perspective, and wellbeing.
