My win is consistency In spite of not feeling my best. I’ve been getting in my required walking and doing my other household stuff albeit much slower. I’ve been drinking a lot of water which only helps my gut right now. I’m not eating anything solid yet (not for lack of trying) because I usually am regretting it within hours. So I guess that’s both my win and struggle. I am working with my PT prior to surgery but mostly it’s just on mobility this week. Strength training will occur when he feels I’m ready. I’ll get those modalities to you when I have them.
