Does anyone know where I can get this Louis Vuitton bracelet authenticated. Here is what I know it is 18 karat gold and has the 750 mark as well as the UAG number and makers mark. It also has LV on the lobster claw clasp. I cannot find this exact style, searching the Internet. The charms are in line with the same size that Louis Vuitton produced. The bracelet is 7 1/2 inches long weighs 12 g. I believe it’s either a discontinued or a custom piece. I took it to Louis Vuitton store unfortunately they cannot authenticate preowned pieces. I called Louis Vuitton in New York. Same story I was told to try Sotheby’s or Christie’s auction house. So that might be my next stop. Comparable bracelets on Louis Vuitton site go from $10-$15,000 so I don’t want to mess this up.

Duped?
Hi - I got a Christian Dior for what I thought was a good deal for resell. I listed it on eBay (dumb idea) and it was flagged. Now I am afraid I was duped. Any idea if this is legit ? Thanks friends !!!
Duped?
Who made this.
I buy with my emotions, if I like it i buy it. But I am curious about this piece. None of the stones are Prong set, the back construction looks, poured. ( not metal) What shocks me is the stones are all glass, not acrylic. Even more surprising all there. Can someone educate me on this piece? I think I have had it over 30 years. I have been digging stuff out as well as still buying.

GLOWIES
GLOWIES!! Seriously, I frequently ask for a black light inspection, not looking for the glass to glow, but the acrylic to show, glue, and repairs as well as substandard not metal settings. When a seller show off a glow as in this picture I will usually ask. Is this glass? Ninty nine times out of 100. I am told, yes and it glows! My husband received today. Acrylic i seriously feel many people really dont know.

Juliana D&E Identification Is Tough!
Looking at the brooch below, I would have never assigned it as a D&E offering due to the 342(+/-) prongs, especially around the center stone. Seems like there's always an exception or two, so identifying Juliana often comes down to experience and familiarity with specific designs. The second photo shows another exception to a common D&E attribution that it must have a 5-panel or 5 link design. It looks more like Hobe than D&E. I thought this would be constructive for this group. Books work! 😅
