Austria for Star?
I never knew Star brand employed Austrian makers. I thought this was cool. 👏🏻

Hello 💫 Sold jewelry and vintage at clothing "The Drunken Flea" in Lexington, Ky on Saturday & took a quick peak around before the show opened. Only bought a couple things: including this lot of jewelry that I pulled out of a little jewelry box ... the vender had pulled this from an estate clean out. She tried to research this ring but never found anything. She thought it could be gold because was marked 14... sure looks like gold, has the right weight to it. Never seen this mustard yellow underneath before? Pic of my $100 haul in comments, how do you think I did? 😝

How to Proceed with Unethical Buyer
Question... I had a show and messed up the shipping for a first-time customer. I believe it was isolated mistake to just two items that possibly got swapped during bagging. It was just a $5 item. I deeply apologized to her for the mistake and told her to put in a request for refund. There was no way for me to get it back. She bought 4 items (she did get 4 items one which was wrong and a free gift that I give all my customers). The other customer who may have gotten her item is a reseller who bought 20+ items and probably thought nothing of it (her purchase was also $5). But again, I am not certain if she was the one who actually got it out of the 31 shipments I had for that show. I offered if she were to attend my show again, that I would give her a complimentary piece of jewelry for my mistake and to please continue for the request for refund for the $5 item. She then went on a rant that I probably did because I did not get what I wanted for the item and did send it, etc. I told her that I was offended by her accusation and that was certainly not the case, that in 7000 items I have only messed up twice like this and my reviews speak for themselves. I looked and saw that she put in a refund request but not for the $5 item she was missing but for the most expensive item she bought which was a $26 item claiming it was missing from shipment (other 3 were $5 items) and it seemed to go through. Obviously, there are email communications about this incident, and I am more upset that she lied to WhatNot and she got away with it. Do I say something to her that I know what she did calling her out, let it go or should I report it to WhatNot? I have blocked her. UGH

With the DM chain you have, I would encourage you to report this buyer. I usually would just move on, but she is stealing from you and/or Whatnot. Whatnot doesn't want her, you don't want her, I don't want her 😅
Entertainment Sells
I had to share this video, despite Bradley feeling cringy when he sees video of himself. This video is an example of why entertainment is an important part of selling on Whatnot. I believe Brad pulls in so many buyers not only because of his great products and infinite Knowledge, but because he is absolutely entertaining. A buyer leaves his show not just remembering the beautiful brooch they just snagged, but because they had fun while buying it. And that ladies and gents will be what makes them come back. Enjoy Brad’s reenactment of his favorite scene in The Mummy. All the goods! Product, price, personality, and excellent camera skills. Loved this! Christa. PatinaPastPurpose

Dior runway piece ???
I tried to get this beautiful piece authenticated through legitgrails site and this is the response I got back. I have searched and searched and only coming up with it could have been a runway piece. Any help confirming would be amazing.
