Make the bacon wrapped chicken and make some extra chicken with it. Use the leftover breast and bacon and convert into lean Caesar salad, so delicious, dressing is elite too!

Caffeine hack
Something I'm finding hard to do is reduce caffeine and try not to use coffee as a meal replacement Current hack: Using Lean Mocha Express smoothie from Recipe portal to get 30g protein and add coffee for my caffeine boost, so it's a win for getting coffee and protein in one hit 💪☕
