A lot of people already know roughly what they should be doing. The problem is not usually lack of information. It’s that food still feels too random, too inconsistent, and too hard to stick to in real life. And on top of that, one of two things is usually happening: - training is not happening consistently or - training is happening, but the results still are not there That’s exactly where we come in.
