Hello JAMFAM!
Recently and I went on a walk along a beach we go to often but this time we went left instead of right... We opened up a new world, one we have never been to before, new beaches, quieter, less busy, more relaxed, more beautiful, we discovered a new walk and it's beautiful!
This weeks challenge is going to be a little bit different...
It's going to be more fun, more adventurous and more engaging.
We will still have the mental fitness aspect within but this one is about Adventure!
Why are we focusing on Adventure???
Adventure is the first pillar of our community!
It is the ONE thing I did that helped me right at the start of my mental health recovery journey and it's so important when we consider the 5 key things to help mental health.
1: Connect with others
2: Be Physically Active
3: Learn new skills
4: Give to others
5: Pay Attention to the present moment
Adventure is at the core of Mental fitness & Physical fitness.
This challenge is about you doing something different, whilst still following on from the previous mental fitness challenge!
