Today was a big win for me
Today because they close the power at the plant where I work i had to change all my routine of cleaning. My body was so calm and relax even my routine was not like normal my body didn't freak or panic this is a big win for me because I don't like change but lately even when I do some change it like my nervous system it adjusting to it and it is wonderful because I never felt like this

Day 3 of the challenge✅
Huuuh. This was hard. I wrote about something that's been a struggle for a few months now and today something happened again regarding that situation and I felt the same emotions I've been feeling for all of this time. I felt all of them again while writing about it, it was tense. But while I was approaching the end of it, I realised what I should do to help myself and be there for myself so my mood shifted. I turned towards myself because I abandoned myself in this situation to indulge another person. Now I'm taking care of that part of me that's hurting❤️
Day 3 Challenge- 5 minutes
I wrote about when I started my job 3 years ago because of the unknown and going in a big company. Plus knowing that the husband of my ex-boss was working there so that stress me a little but my manager assure me that nothing was going to happen to me. It was good doing this on paper because I can see all the thought and the improvement I did in 3 year is so wonderful see my growth is so awesome
