The most significant birthday yet...
Today is the day I turn 32... Years ago, I made a committment to myself that by the time I turned 32 I'd be doing something meaningful in life. I'd be helping others in some way, i'd be giving back, I'd be living a life of meaning and purpose. Why 32... it's a weird age right? Well 20 years before I was even born, back in 1974, My grandad John Arthur Maddocks lost his life. He was a 16 year Army Veteran, a Warrant Officer Class 2 serving for the British Army. He was in the Ordnance Corps as a Bomb Disposal Technician. He traveled the world with his job, met lots of people and ultimately his role was to keep the area safe. He would have been a life long servant I have been told. Unfortunately, on the second of December 1974 in Ireland whilst off duty, he lost his life as he attempted to defuse a bomb which was remote detonated. His life over, his 3 daughters and wife left behind. He was just 32. I dont know why, but I am so deeply connected to him spiritually, as I have grown older I have deepened this connection and it's truly what gives me a purpose. John Arthur Maddocks "JAM" Just Another Moment He is build into the business in everyway. Now, for me after 16 years of depression, suicidal thoughts and mental health challenges, I have been in a place where I wanted to turn my pain into purpose. I found my way through my challenges, I found a path where I genuinely enjoy life. I found a way forward where I no longer struggle with mental health challenges. I formed 4 important reasons why my business should exist. 1: Help people overcome their mental health challenges (something I have done) 2: Showing people that life is worth living (In my darkest days, I wanted to die, but I found a way where life truly is worth living, and I am glad I am still here today on this mission) 3: Live for those who can't (this is for everyone like my grandad, loved life but his chance at life got taken away) 4: Help people achieve their dreams and goals (having alignment to something you want to achieve and working towards that changed my life)

@Arthur Maddocks-Brown oh, it's awesome that you got a chance to live in Amsterdam. Hope you enjoyed it :) My partner and I are planning our trip to Australia in 2 month and going to visit the east coast. So far we really like the vibe of Sunshine Coast. Looks like an awesome place to visit and to be! @Danielle Armstrong nice to meet you! Are you a coach or psychologist? Curious about your experience in this field!

@Arthur Maddocks-Brown you are always welcome here :) We are thinking of staying for 3-4 weeks. Australia has always been my dream destination, and slowly my partner warmed up to this idea as well 😃
