I just discovered this amazing breath practice that quickly helps shift stuck moods, perhaps the community would appreciate:
How:
1: non-audible sigh out
2: allow body to breathe in (rather than rushing it)
3: actively relax body (drop shoulders, release belly, unclench jaw)
4: foster gratitude to a person, pet, or plant
5: repeat until mood has shifted
