JRQ BGZ - First Change of the Jiang Rong Quiao form
This is the first palm change of the Jiang Rong Qiao set, performed and filmed some 15 years ago now, an excellent Bagua Zhang set with great twisting and joint opening movements. I plan to discuss this set and break down each palm change element by element in upcoming courses.
