Today we celebrate all forms of movement. Whether it's yoga, Qigong, functional fitness, walking, gardening, or simply doing chores, it all counts. Every movement is worthwhile.
This will be my last session for a little while as I step back from screens and spend more time cultivating presence and awareness in my own life. Thank you for moving with me. I wish you all the very best, and I look forward to seeing you again soon.
