Loosen Your Back, Calm Your Nervous System
Today we continue to move naturally and live naturally with gentle movement that helps release stress, tension, and stiffness in the lower back. As you move, connect your breath to each movement and bring your attention to the present moment. A little mindful movement can go a long way in calming the nervous system and helping the body feel its best.

Boost Heart Health & Energy
Today we pick up the pace with a gentle cardio session. As always, go at your own pace and choose your own adventure. Let’s elevate the heart rate, maybe work up a light sweat, and appreciate all that these incredible bodies can do. Moving with a little more intensity from time to time helps build energy, endurance, and a healthier heart.

Preparing for a Digital Fast
I recently watched an interview with a 97-year-old philosopher, filmed just months before he passed. At the 15-minute mark, he talks about seeing trees blowing in the wind as a transcendent moment — and admits he didn't always see it that way. That stuck with me. I want to see even the smallest things as transcendent, always. And I don't think I'm finding that by continuing to look things up, scroll, and stay tethered to a screen. I have an addiction to technology — no doubt about it. So I'm preparing to break free: one full week with no technology, no filming. Starting next week. I'll share a few thoughts over the next few days as I get ready. Maybe there's something in your own life you're ready to unplug from too.

Dear all, I’m still in the mountains, but I’m conducting sessions and checking in here from time to time... Drew’s decision is clear, and I think this will be a new experience for all of us, too. Let’s treat it as a challenge—with openness and curiosity, and perhaps a touch of longing... Warm regards.
Gentle, Calming & Grounding
Today is a gentle, Qigong-inspired movement session designed to calm the nervous system, stretch the body, and help you feel grounded. Move slowly, connect your breath to each movement, and bring your full attention to the present moment.

Food For Astrological Thought
Beginning July 7th, Neptune— the planet of dreams, intuition, compassion, imagination, and spirituality— begins what astrologers call a retrograde journey until December 12th, 2026. Read on a bit longer, please. Unlike what's called Mercury retrograde, which has a habit of hiding your reading glasses, scrambling your computer, or convincing your GPS that you really wanted to visit Nebraska, Neptune works much more quietly. Think of it as a gentle morning fog slowly lifting. Over the next five months, many of us will begin seeing situations, relationships, and even ourselves with a little greater honesty. Sometimes that clarity feels wonderfully freeing. Other times it gently reminds us that we've been wearing rose-colored glasses. Either way, truth is a remarkably good traveling companion. Neptune retrograde invites us to spend a little less time listening to the noise of the outside world, and a little more time listening to the quiet wisdom within. Meditation, prayer, gardening, taking peaceful walks, keeping a dream journal, writing, painting, or simply sitting beneath your favorite tree become especially nourishing now. Don't expect answers to arrive with fireworks or a brass band. More often, they'll quietly wander into your awareness while you're watering flowers, pulling weeds, washing dishes, or watching a butterfly drift across the garden. The soul, after all, rarely shouts. It whispers. On a practical level, this is also a wonderful time to simplify your life. Clean the junk room. Let go of a few unnecessary obligations. Spend more time with the people who leave you smiling, and a little less with those who consistently leave you drained. Neptune gently reminds us that healthy boundaries aren't selfish— they're part of good spiritual housekeeping. Compassion doesn't mean carrying everyone else's backpack. Sometimes the kindest thing we can do is trust that another person is stronger than they realize. Don't be surprised if your priorities begin shifting between now and December. You may discover that what once seemed urgent no longer feels quite so important. Instead, your heart may be drawn toward simpler pleasures, healthier habits, more meaningful friendships, time in Nature, or a deeper connection with your own spirit.
