I had no idea that skateboarding, doing drugs, snorting pills and powders, and all the losses I went through would ever amount to anything.
Making money through social media wasn’t even a thought in my mind back then.
I was just working job to job, trying not to lose what little stability I had. But that fear built something in me. It gave me work ethic. It made me show up even when I was anxious, even when my mind was racing, even when my OCD had me stuck in survival mode.
Looking back, those years weren’t wasted.
They were shaping the workflow, discipline, and obsession I use today.
And landing my first paid gig?
That was my reality check.
Pun intended.
