This is a space for mothers who are in the middle of becoming. Not just postpartum. Not just “adjusting.” But navigating the emotional, mental, and identity shift of motherhood. If you’ve been feeling: - overwhelmed but still showing up - disconnected from yourself - like you’re carrying everything - like something feels off but you can’t explain it You are in the right place. This is a space where: - you don’t have to perform “fine” - you don’t have to fix yourself - you don’t have to explain everything perfectly You can just be real. We center matrescence here. Meaning: You are not broken. You are becoming. Take a moment to introduce yourself if you feel comfortable: • Where you’re at in motherhood • One word for how you’re feeling right now You are safe here. You are seen here. You are not alone here.

How Ina Village Works 🤍
This is not a space for perfection. This is a space for presence. Here’s how to move through this community: 1. Engage at your own pace You don’t need to post every day. You don’t need to have the “right words.” Reading is enough. Lurking is allowed. Sharing is welcomed. 2. This is not a fixing space We don’t jump in with advice. We don’t correct each other. We: - listen - validate - hold space 3. Speak from your experience Share what’s real for you. Not what you think it should sound like. 4. Respect all mothers Every experience is different. No judgment. No comparison. No shaming. 5. This is a soft place If something feels heavy, you are allowed to say that. If something feels good, you are allowed to share that too. You don’t have to earn your place here. You already belong.
