Hello Mamas! Welcome to Ina Postpartum Circle š
šæ Welcome to Our Maternal Mental Health Talk Circle Hi everyone, Iām Janarra, founder of The Ina Postpartum Collective, postpartum doula, perinatal mental-health coach, and mother who walked through the fire of matrescence myself. This space was created for one purpose: To give mothers a place to be seen, heard, and supported ā without shame, judgment, or pressure. Twice a month, we gather here for group talk therapy, open discussion, education, and community healing around: PMADs (Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders) We talk openly about postpartum depression, anxiety, rage, OCD, intrusive thoughts, and emotional overwhelm ā the things most mothers hide because they fear being misunderstood. You are not alone. You are not ācrazy.ā You are not failing.PMADs are common, treatable, and deeply human. š Matrescence This is the identity transformation no one warned us about ā as powerful as adolescence, but with far less support. We explore:⢠the emotional push & pull⢠the grief and rebirth⢠the mental load⢠the changes in relationships⢠the loss + rediscovery of selfYou deserve to understand whatās happening inside you. Q&A + Open Sharing Ask questions. Share your story. Cry if you need to. Sit quietly if thatās what feels safe. There is no right or wrong way to show up here. Identity, Marriage, and the Village We talk about how matrescence affects:⢠partners⢠grandparents⢠friendships⢠boundaries⢠communication⢠the overwhelming mental loadYouāre not just becoming a mother ā your entire ecosystem is rearranging itself around you. š¤ Why This Space Exists Because mothers are suffering alone.Because suicide is the leading cause of maternal death.Because 1 in 5 mothers will experience a PMAD.Because partners feel lost too.Because grandparents donāt know how to help.Because no one prepared us ā and yet weāre expected to ājust figure it out.ā But not here. Here, we build the village mothers have always deserved. š WHEN WE MEET Twice a monthLive, open, honest conversations. Education + healing + community.
