Sometimes You’ve Got to Fight for Yourself
I’m not sharing this post on any other platform but here. I trust you guys will use this to learn and grow, which is what I’m working to do myself right now. Sometimes we’ve got to trust our instincts and know when something isn’t right and we’ve got to fight for our own wellbeing. This is one of those times. 🙏🏻❤️‍🔥
Sometimes You’ve Got to Fight for Yourself
A Fresh Start
Hello Everyone!! I wanted to announce that I have started a program with a new coach! One More Coaching. A company started by Josh Bridgman https://www.youtube.com/@JoshBridgmanFitness/featured Here is his YouTube channel. I have followed him on Instagram since 2023, and have enjoyed his content ever since. And with him being an Englishman, I know our ancestral genetic profiles will have some similarities. My life has been plagued by an unwillingness to share photos of my body with the public. I would rather not post a thing, than to expose my current physique to the world. And this self-image issue needs to be quelled. So, I am taking this diet and training regimen to a new level. I am super pumped for this opportunity, and I do intend to keep you all updated with my progress. Best, Austin

Turning Pain into Drive
We all hate the feeling of failure... And not just failure, but specifically that feeling of messing up, of falling short on the Standard we set for our Lives. That feeling haunts me sometimes... It's true with high achievers that we can easily set our Standards so high, meeting them becomes an Impossible feat in and of itself. This is not a bad way to operate, but it can become consuming if we allow it. There is only one antidote to this Pain of inadequacy...and that is to turn it to Drive. We will always have moments where we fall short, where we miss the mark, where we make mistakes, and they will always hurt...and that's ok. The goal is not to never miss, the goal is to shorten the window after a miss as much as possible. As soon as the error occurs, we must start taking that pain of inadequacy and channeling it into a more positive function. That function is Drive. We must take this Pain, learn from it, grow from it, and use the lessons it carries to become better operators in the future. Become driven to not fall short again in the same manner. Accept in your Mind and your Spirit that this loss will pale in comparison to the Victory that is achieved because of it... With this method, you will never lose. You will only grow to such a degree that even your failures are met with wonder and amazement. Compound this practice over enough time, and you will fuel many Lifetime's worth of growth. Turn your Pain into Drive. And step back into the Light with even greater Ambition. BE IMPOSSIBLE ❤️‍🔥
