The Cold Plunge Rages On!!
The docs told me no cold plunge for 2-3 weeks, so here is me cold plunging 3 days after surgery 👍🏻 I just gotta not get it wet and we’re all good. People will try to put Limitations on you your whole life. It’s very important you do not ever listen to them, and ALWAYS foster an Unruly Faith in your own Potential. This was a small act tonight, that feels like a massive victory 🙏🏻 Welcome to The Impossible ❤️‍🔥 Best, Matt

The Dark Side of Discipline
Hey everyone!! Surgery recovery is going well, huge thanks to @Austin Douglas for carrying the torch on the Podcast this week 🙏🏻 We discussed Discipline on the show a few weeks back, and we covered a lot of the unspoken Truths regarding it. I wanted to share this clip with you all because it is a somewhat darker side to Discipline, and one that is much more challenging to implement. Sometimes, we have to build the skill of saying "No." No to the dinner that throws off your meal plan, no to the gatherings that may pull you from training, no to even the people who want to see us relax and not push so hard toward our Purpose... This is not Polite. However, it is one of the deepest displays of Respect you can show to yourself and those around you. Because you will build a version of yourself that operates at a much Higher Potential, and in doing so, you will be able to serve everyone in your Life at a much higher capacity. This week, we all should focus on building that skill of saying "No" so we can stay more highly disciplined in our Pursuit of The Impossible. And we can show the highest form of Respect to everyone we serve. Welcome to The Impossible ❤️‍🔥 Best, Matt

And difficult topic to discuss, in times where we are becoming more and more divided.
Presence of Mind
Hello Everyone!! This weeks podcast was done with yours truly, discussing what we can do to be more present in the moment. A skillset that I feel everyone should be working diligently to improve over time. I had the opportunity to see the Utah Symphony Orchestra perform this past weekend, and it was an absolute gem of a program! Beethoven and Dvořak! Taking advantage of these moments, makes me a very grateful individual. Experiencing the symphony, being in such great halls, puts me into a moment of "winding down" as some refer to. But for myself, its an opportunity to being present in a moment of brilliance and bliss. Thank you for listening and as always, Be Impossible!
Philosophical musings
Through adversity comes character, Through pain comes growth When character meets growth, we exceed expectations. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Why? The eternal question, Are we here, are we not, is this the best I, or you, can be? To strive. To breathe. To love. To live. Triumphs and tragedies. Yet death awaits us all. Why then? The question should be. Should I strive, reach, attempt, even try? When deaths grasp is my only reward… For I am human. I am man. Although my time is limited, a blink in the cosmos eye, it is MINE, for however brief it may be. It is filled with memories, and dreams, of what was and is to be. It is daily action, striving to make TODAY better than all the yesterdays prior. I own this present; yesterday’s are mere memories, tomorrow’s yet fulfilled action.

Absolutely Steve. The momentary position we get to enjoy within the unstoppable river of time, is something not to be weathered lightly.
