Mini-Update Of Community
Want to give you guys a heads up that this community is really for getting some of you like minded people together. I've been bad about promoting this group, but I honestly just want to start small first.
If you’ve got workouts, setups, ideas, or even questions, feel free to post them. Doesn’t have to be perfect.
In a couple weeks I'll be giving out structured courses inside here focused on things like:
  • Hybrid resistance training
  • Sliding bench training
  • Resistance bands
But before I build anything, what would actually help you the most?
A full program? Exercise breakdowns? How to structure workouts? Something else?
Feel free to drop it below as I’m building this around what you guys actually need.
Likely the first course will be the "The Art of Sliding Bench Training" but I'm all ears.
