A lot of people think disciplined people are always motivated…but discipline is actually way simpler than that!
Discipline is making the decision to choose what you want MOST over what you want right now.
Discipline looks like: showing up to work out even when you don’t want to, preparing meals at the beginning of the week, making healthy choices consistently, and even staying committed when your progress looks or feels slow.
Don’t forget that being disciplined doesn’t mean being perfect - it’s just repeated obedience to you goals!
