For the Zoom Room Crew....Sneak Peek into May Programming: PUSH POWER UP! Your Chest + Tri workout video is officially loaded in the Skool classroom. Full disclosure time…I almost didn’t post this workout. Why? Because my shirt was really committed to showcasing my belly pooch. Is it vain? Yes. Is it human? Also, yes. Those old, unhelpful, sneaky thoughts still try to creep in, and I have to redirect myself. Yes - I have a belly pooch. Yes - I’ve got some birthin’ hips (LOL). And yes - I’m working on my body every single day to keep it strong and healthy. At Hot Mess Movement, the goal isn’t a perfectly chiseled body. The goal is to MOVE, to FUEL with real whole foods, and to bring health into our everyday lives. So here I am, belly pooch and all, getting stronger right alongside all of you. May the Force be with YOU
Hey Movers! As we move into the last weeks of April, I’m deep into May programming and SO excited for what’s coming. But first, a little recap of this year so far: January - Movement Creates Momentum. We stopped waiting to “feel ready” and just started moving. February - Consistency Over Perfection. Not perfection, just showing up again and again. March - Training for LIFE. We trained for stairs, groceries, kids, grandkids, adventures, and everyday strength. April - HOT MESS ON A MISSION. We took all that momentum and consistency and built real‑life strength. And now… MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU!! We are becoming a force of strength. May will include: 5 strength workouts/week (our foundation) PLUS 1 DIY SIT workout (Sprint Interval Training) which is :40 of work :90 of rest (yes… a whole minute and a half of rest!) SIT is programmed to build heart health, endurance, and power, and you CAN do it. I can’t wait to move with you in May. Not a part of the Hot Mess Movement workout crew yet?
