Full disclosure time…I almost didn’t post this workout. Why? Because my shirt was really committed to showcasing my belly pooch. Is it vain? Yes. Is it human? Also, yes.
Those old, unhelpful, sneaky thoughts still try to creep in, and I have to redirect myself.
Yes - I have a belly pooch.
Yes - I’ve got some birthin’ hips (LOL).
And yes - I’m working on my body every single day to keep it strong and healthy.
At Hot Mess Movement, the goal isn’t a perfectly chiseled body. The goal is to MOVE, to FUEL with real whole foods, and to bring health into our everyday lives. So here I am, belly pooch and all, getting stronger right alongside all of you. And I’m glad you’re here for it.
