Dirty Doesn't Cover It.
Ok this week I saw the DIRTIEST house I've ever seen. So bad that I offered to BUY the house just so i could flip it. I'm glad I didn't. Quote went terrible in so many ways. The owner just couldn't understand why it was so expensive... What was the dirtiest house you ever quoted and GOT the job? What was that like?

Why can't people control their pets? I show up for the quote and yup, we have a jumper 🐶. "oh I'm sorry he just needs to get used to you" - this one was like RAMMING me with his head like a billy goat. UGH. What's your best pet story? 🐶🐱
